Elite was absolutely AMAZING from the day of the estimate to the final day of installation! They installed a Cooper & Hunter ductless mini split system in our house! We have been using window AC units and baseboards for heat and our comfort level was subpar. It was time for an upgrade. Dan came out, took a look at the scope of work, and came up with a great solution for our home. I've had these guys show up to my house twice now, and not only have they done an astounding job, one of them has left a lasting impression on my dog, Oliver! He barks and jumps in excitement whenever they show up and it's just great to see. Honestly, if I could pay them to come to my house and watch my dog for a few hours, I would. Would also rate 6 stars if that was an option. Key takeaway here: If your AC or Heater is broken, HIRE THESE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY.
